Refund Policy

Purpose

Growth Lab LLC (“Growth Lab,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to providing high-quality digital products and professional services. This Refund Policy explains when and how customers may request a refund for purchases made through our website or directly via invoice, and how those requests are evaluated and processed.

Scope

Our offerings fall into two categories: (a) Digital Products—downloadable templates, e-books, software snippets, and on-demand courses; and (b) Professional Services—custom consultancy, design or development work, live coaching sessions, retainers, and subscription-based community access. The refund terms below apply to each category as specified.

General Principles

We issue refunds in the original payment currency via the same payment method used at checkout (typically through Stripe). Stripe’s transaction fees are non-refundable once a payment has settled, and those fees will be deducted from any approved refund. All refund windows described below are calculated from the date of purchase or, in the case of milestone-based services, from the most recent invoice date.

Digital Products

Because digital goods are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” they are normally non-refundable once they have been accessed or downloaded.

However, we will grant a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase if both of the following conditions are met:

  • You have not downloaded more than 20 % of the total files or consumed more than 20 % of course videos; and

  • You can demonstrate a technical issue that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable time.

Professional Services

Fixed-Price Projects

For fixed-scope projects (e.g., website builds, template customisation), you may cancel within 48 hours of the initial payment and receive a full refund minus Stripe fees—provided work has not yet commenced. After work has started, refunds are issued on a pro-rata basis reflecting the portion of the project already completed, as determined by documented milestones or logged hours.

Hourly or Retainer-Based Engagements

Hours already logged and approved by you are non-refundable. You may cancel remaining unused hours at any time and receive a refund for the unused balance, less Stripe fees.

Live Workshops, Coaching Calls, or Webinars

Cancellations received at least 72 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund. If you cancel within 72 hours but at least 24 hours before the session, you may reschedule once at no additional cost; otherwise the fee is forfeited. No-shows and same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

Subscription Services & Community Access

Monthly or annual subscription fees (for community membership, software access, or content libraries) are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the billing cycle starts. You may cancel future renewals at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing us; access remains active until the end of the current paid period.

How to Request a Refund

Submit your request in writing to [email protected].

Include:

  • Order or invoice number

  • Purchase date and item(s)

  • Reason for the refund request

  • Evidence of technical issues (if applicable)

We will acknowledge receipt within two business days and aim to deliver a written decision within seven business days. If approved, the refund is processed immediately via Stripe; funds usually appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank and Stripe's policies.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may delay the resolution of your issue. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks that violate this policy, submit evidence to the payment provider, and, where appropriate, suspend or terminate your account.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Change of mind after access or delivery has occurred;

  • Failure to understand system requirements clearly stated in product descriptions;

  • Dissatisfaction arising from a failure to implement our templates or advice;

  • Force majeure events beyond our control (e.g., internet outages, platform downtime) once work has begun.

Amendments

We may revise this Refund Policy periodically. Material changes will be announced on our website and take effect on the date published. Transactions made before the effective date remain governed by the policy in force at the time of purchase.
